The Butterfly Effect provides coaching, therapy, training, and personal development programs—including but not limited to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner Trainings, Metamorphosis sessions, and one-on-one consultations.

These services are designed for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only and do not substitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility

By using this site or registering for services, you confirm that:

3. Payments & Registration

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking any workshop, course, or session through the official payment gateway linked on our site.
  
  
• Your spot in a training is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
  
  
• Payment information is processed securely via third-party payment partners. We do not store your credit/debit card information.
  
  

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable by default.
  
  
• However, if you are unable to attend a training and notify us at least 4 days in advance, we will attempt to find a replacement for your seat.
  
  
• If a replacement participant is successfully found, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  
  
• Requests must be made via email to saumya@thebutterfly-effect.com with the subject line Refund Request: [Your Name + Program Name].
  
  

No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the training start time, or for no-shows.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not reuse, distribute, or replicate any material without prior written permission.
